Our speaker is so loud that you are able to hear us even if you have difficulty hearing and our microphone is now so sensitive that we can talk to you from anywhere in your home be it upstairs or downstairs to find out what is wrong.
If you are not able to speak to one of our operators during an emergency, help will still be on its way! Even from outside in your yard, garden, driveway, or garage - we will be able to get the signal that you need help, and whether we are able to speak back and forth with you, we will dispatch your local paramedics right away.
There may also be situations where you don't need the paramedics. Maybe you just fell and need a neighbor to come help you up. All you have to do is press your medical alert systems button, let the operator know what you need, and they will call your neighbor for you.
